Why can't Microsoft go away, leave the video game business and tell Apple to STAY OUT

I am giving up on PC gaming. I just bought a powerful laptop, meant for gaming in mind. Spent allot of money on it, and I can't get a bunch of games I bought off steam to work, mostly because they hate windows 7. Seriously,the biggest problem with PC gaming is WINDOWS and their constant upgrades and not being compatible with older versions. Microsoft should start making all their OS's compatible with atleast XP software. I can't play Scarface on PC because it doesn't like Windows 7. Oddworld Strangers Wrath which is suppose to work, doesn't even load for me, Every game in the oddbox refuses to boot, and I have to restart the laptop by holding the power button to force it to shut down. I am really pissed.

Halo still sucks as much today as it did back in 2001.

megamike15 megamike15 I started monkey island with 3. I want to play 1 and 2 but can't find them. --- Then you obviously didn't look hard enough. They aren't hard to find at all. Check adandonware sites, you'll find them and the old Sierra games. That is how I got my copies
