@mkeezay22: I believe that's why politicians were added to the saying "Do you know how to tell when a lawyer and a politician are lying?" Their mouth is moving.

@sithalo: Sadly, these are the kinds of people in this world. They want to make fun of people then pawn it off as their "opinion". It was a clever hiding trick a few years ago. It is a way for them to be a complete jerk and use the opinion tag to enforce their position. What they believe is that if you call out their "opinion", you should be the bad guy. Which is totally stupid and to me, it makes them look really stupid in contrast.

Don't sweat these type of people. They are normal in this day and age. While sad, it is the world we allowed ourselves to create. It is our fault there is no respect. Online anonymity makes it easier to be rude and hateful with no real consequences. It's one thing to have an opinion. It's another to be rude while making your opinion. There is no call for rudeness when you are the first in the comment chain. Secondly. The opinion expressed had no link to the main issue. Ergo, the opinion was pretty much useless to the discussion at hand. Lastly, you have to clue about the gamers you are making fun of. I know a few special forces fellas that would love to hear a comment made about them and their taste in gaming hardware and equipment. A few of them plan to buy them right out of the gate. I'm sure they'll look pretty stupid wearing them in their little rooms. I'm also sure that most of the people you make fun of from the safety of your computer, you wouldn't have the guts to tell it to their face.

So, be glad you have the internet to assuage your anger. A couple decades ago, you would've had to make those comments in person, outside of your house, at a public gaming forum, that is away from your house and in public. Away from your house. Public. Not in your house and behind a shroud of anonymity. You can pretty much see what I'm saying about you from the stressors I put in the last few lines Little Mr. Fig.
