This game looks awesome, but I feel this is the beginning of the end for the traditional "soldier" immersion that was really great with the Modern Warfare's, World At War, and Black Ops 1. Advanced Warfare looks like a blast, but that immersion is all gone, no more hiding in the brush with the Sniper, no more huge maps (from what I see), no rolling hills to take cover from the enemy, no camouflage. Black Ops 2 set the trend it seemed. In a word, it's become less organic. COD: Ghosts was not received well but at least it kept that immersion somewhat in the game. Now, the commando's are just flying around in Halo suits. Maybe this is the progressive path to showcase the technology, but I wish they would keep that element of immersion. The fact that they did away with all of that is a little disheartening. and I'm not a huge fan of that. There are already many games that do what Advanced Warfare is trying to do.

i think this will be cool... remember how fun gauntlet was?
