huh? i was exploring and found a similar (dont know if its the same you speak of ) fence area before the great wall (i believe to its southwest or directly west on the map). i got their at night time and there was a cyclops and many bandits but they all attacked me immediately. actally before i got around the fence the cyclops saw me and its health bar came up on the HUD
He means New Game Plus. ng+ is a new game in which you keep our stats and equipment but difficulty is raised. im level 47 and still havent even fought a cockatrice lol not close to finishing the game
exactly. thats why we as gamers just have to do a better job of saving on your own. i just save everytime i go from day to night and right before i get to the marker on the map that shows the next quest. also you MUST save constantly throughout an escort because if you dont a random chimera or Griffin WILL kill your escort and if it happens to be an innkeeper it really sucks. if the escort dies just jump off a cliff and reload your save. the gran soren innkeeper died and i couldnt rest for 7 game days.
i can verify that the accompany core skills do. For ex. the most effective way to play as an assassin is to fully rank strider and fighter classes first. this will give your assassin all possible core moves, augments and skills. but assasin only core moves and skills cant be used on either fighter or strider class.
healer is alot better than going the healing spring way. with the healer you can have 2 or 3 support spells and 3 or 4 attack spells. you dont have to stop the game constantly to heal yourself and when your fighting a drake or another big enemy the heal spell stays in a spot for a good 10 secs or so. this means you can heal and if you get hit again you continue to heal until the spell is over.
By far the most annoying enemy are human archers. The map doesn't show you were the enemies are and if you don't directly see them then you can easily get shot off a cliff or bombarded by 2 or 3 at a time. really annoying. thi game has a fun fighting system but i have to be honest and say i haven't found one enemy really challenging yet. comparing this game to Dark Souls is an insult to Dark Souls. Maybe other gamers are just setting up a mismatching squad or are building weak characters. by level 20 i was beating chimeras within 2 minutes now at level 45 a chimera takes me less than a minute. Its not like Dark Souls where it was less hack and slash and more Strategy and set up.
You can tell your pawn was forfeit in another world when you rest at an inn or rest area and you are told that you pawn has rreturned from another realm and all you get is an item but no review.
