Sounds like they are taking their lumps. Still no excuse for the poor planning. Knowing how negative the perception was for the always online (call it DRM or not) approach was, they should have taken their server estimates and multiplied it by 5...or 10 even to assure a smooth launch. No excuses, but good to see that they're working at it. Hoping that next week, I'll be able to play it normally.

The PC is by far the best looking version, but this is limited by the horsepower you have running it. As far as the 360 and PS3, I can see instances where the 360 looks better and others where the PS3 looks better. IMHO, it's a tie for both consoles with a higher performing PC besting both of them. But ultimately, I agree with mickelberk1, when you're running around like a chicken with its head cut off trying not to die, you don't really notice the subtleties in each version. Bottom line, they all look good and better yet they all play well too!
