It also sounds like you gave off the friend-vibe to her; next time you go out with a girl such as to a restaurant sit next to her not across, listen to, provide responses to what she says or asks. Girls like to have BF that can provide comfort (that where listening comes into play), a sense of protection (holding, example, rap your arm around her shoulder), and support (you pay for the meals, later on in the relationship you can split the costs occasionally)... just a thought.

Yeah, I did all those things and still got dumped. I'm gonna meet up with her today and explain to her why I can't associate with her any longer.

Yeah man that's great. I dated a girl for 2 years and she turned around one day said it wasn't working. I cut the ties completely. It actually taught her a lesson.Sometimes they gotta learn the hard-way.
