Ok, my 360 gives me the disc unreadable signal frequently. It doesn't happen right when I turn it on, and I will have some good gaming sessions. But it doesn't seem to matter which game is playing, sooner or later, I get the D-UR message a lot.

What will happens is, I'll be playing along and everything's fine and dandy, and then all the noise from my 360 stops, then there's this evil clicking noise every 2 or 3 seconds coming from it, and finally, the message appears.

It seems to happen more to Oblivion to than some of my other games, and it seems to happen more frequently when I'm playing a game of NCAA 08 in the snow (as opposed to clear weather). I realize there have been a lot of posts on this, but none really seem like mine. Then again, I haven't really had time to read through them all. If anyone has any idea how to help me, preferably without having to buy a new one or pay lots of money for repair. I would really appreciate it.
