yeh i did gta in about a day... i thought it was fair crap once the story ended.... there was just nothing to do. the pigeons are too impossible to get... like seriously ontop of the statues coffee cup no thanks!
i have never played a mgs before and would like to play mgs4 (because of all the fuss, and it seems like Im missing out. Not to mention its a great game). so should i get mgs4 then play the series backwards? ie 4 then 3 then 2 then 1

start on metal gear solid... and if you think you can't handle a 10yr old game just read the story online... you should find a detailed explanation somewhere. Its like watching the last Lord of the Rings without watching the previous first

I already own it! Limited Edition! That's why I think they need to make a demo... b/c I KNOW that a demo will sell more copies of the game & the console.

that's not to say if you haven't played the previous metal gear titles you won't enjoy this one... I know I'm loving every second of it and I haven't played any of the other ones. Sure, I'm sure I'll miss out on a good amount of plot twists and stuff, but that game does a great job of letting you know what's going on and somehow manages to make everything make sense.ethanpaige
