ok so i bought a new nba 2k9 and it started to freeze up on me just yesterday. so i told the gamestop that it froze up on me and if i could get another copy,because it was within the 7 day, they then gave me another copy unopened....i was wondering if it was possible for me to return the game to another gamestop and get my money back because its still unopened......i wanted to get another game because nba 2k9 was not worth it....i was thinking about waiting for little big planet or midnight club la

my nba 2k9 keeps freezing in association and when i play against my friends in quick match it also freezes online? is this happening to any one else? will they fix this? when?
i heard it was lagging and freezing and hard to get into games because it keeps disconecting im wondering if this stuff is still happening and if i should get this game or not? it is worth the money?
