I believe the review narrator's name is Geoff Knightley. He is the host of the program "Bonus Round" on Gametrailers. His voice sound different on the review narrator than on Bonus Round.
The expatriate poster gave the best answer on why the Japanese love portable gaming devices. The rest here have never been to Japan and understand very little about gaming culture there. We need to be more educated about this culture than making culturally-ignorant comments about it, something that is so common in System Wars.

Seriously, sheep, You HAVE NO 3rd Party games, deal with it.....I mean seriously, you're only emabarrassing yourselves. it's not even worth defending and boasting about how "better" the Wii is anymore, or how so-called "3rd party devs" are actually taking the Wii seriously anymore. :lol:

The Wii really does not need third-party games in order to compete as its first-party games are the biggest sellers. While the Xbox 360 and PS3 mostly use "hirelings," the Wii is actually using the regular troops.
It would be very interesting if Super Smash Bros. Brawl actually won GOTY, as that would make it the second year that the Wii won that award on GameSpot. The last console that won GOTY for two years straight was the GameCube (Metroid Prime and Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker). I strongly believe that it will win the Wii's GOTY, as I feel that there is no strong competition this year. For the overall GOTY, it chances are less because of strong competition from Metal Gear Solid 4 and Grand Theft Auto IV, games that scored higher on GameSpot than Brawl. I would be surprised if it wins, but how would the fanboys on System Wars would react to this?

Arrows and bolts from crossbows do not not count, as they are not fired by a gunpowdered weapon like a rifle or pistol. Are we also including "blasters" as guns?

Sometimes, I do not understand the sexism and agism that are sometimes spouted by anti-Wii fanboys. It seems to me that they want gaming to be the exclusive domain of immature teenage or young adult males, the demographic group that is largely responsible for the racist and sexist attitudes on places like HOME and Xbox Live.
Do you know that it is funny that sales of the Wii are higher at a time when its games at this time are lacking than last year when its gamers were more promising. This shows that quality games are not a big factor in the high Wii sales but word-of-mouth, media coverage, price, and its broad appeal are responsible. What is good about high Wii sales is that Nintendo can use its profits to invest in developing the next Zelda or Mario game, or create new franchises.
