I decided to remove Flash from my OS X Lion MacBook. I simple can't stand the way it uses so much CPU, draining the battery. I see that I can watch some videos running Safari in the Safari for iPad mode. Any chance the site could automatically recognize if Flash is not installed and thus load the non Flash video? Even MS is moving toward HTML5. Since we are talking about plain videos that shouldn't be too hard to implement.

Anytime I open this site the memory consumption of Safari in OS X Lion nearly doubles. I even have Flash uninstaled, so that is not the issue. Any chance to make it skinnier?
