What kind of specs will the PC need to run Alan Wake? #

"Nothing is certain about the specifications but you will need Windows Vista and a fairly high spec PC. Remedy have showcased Alan Wake running smoothly on an Intel Core 2 Quad system overclocked at 3.73Ghz with a GeForce 7900GTX"

http://www.brightfalls.net/alan-wake-faq/

(Listen the system Remedy used is pretty old and Alan Wake has change in appearance so keep that in mind before you buy a graphics card.)

if this is true then remedy knows their stuff which they do.

its the same people that make
www.Alanwake.com the official website for the game

It shouldn't be like Crysis and need a top notch pc that's like 2500 $$ you will most likely need a 8800 GT or a XFX GeForce 8800 Ultra (which is 248$ with savings ) just over clock it a little you don't have to buy those super graphic cards that are $500$ or higher

put 2 of those in sli for $238$

or a ultra for 11$ more with savings

its your money you decide I would what just in case something changes

I'm just say you don't have to buy those super card its your money thou

We cant say any thing yet because we haven't seen Alan Wake in 3 years we cant judge yet The games that are still in production have a better chance because they can upgrade the graphics And we haven't seen A.W in 3 years so the graphics have probably change a lot we just cant say yet
