@illegal_peanut: I'll be honest, it's a lot of fun. I haven't really played since Cata, just dabbling for like a month in WoD, but this expansion is a lot of fun. I'd say it's worth it.
@bunchanumbers: No. The NX didn't force anything. Nintendo isn't even a competitor to the PS4 or XBONE at this point. Nintendo's new system presents zero threat until the specs are revealed, games are announced, a better online platform is delivered, and they start making NEW games, not updates to old ones.
@sargentpsgamer: @7tizz the problem with these changes is then you're spending a bunch of time and effort trying to balance around something that just doesn't work well in this game. If you take away her blink, she's not Tracer any more. I would rather see a totally new mode that uses the strengths of the characters than one that requires you diminish them.
@7tizz: Tracer doesn't have a speed boost though. She'd be impossible to catch. 6 Tracers on the enemy team means CTF would be pure headache. Also all the slower characters would be basically useless; Tracer blinks in, grabs flag and is gone. Roadhog isn't going to catch her.
I'm also curious what 'balance issues' you're referring to?
@cboye18: How long did you play? Because this game is digital crack for me. Learning a hero and the maps is great, but you need to be able to change strategy if it isn't working. The maps all have a lot of different routes that are good for different characters, and almost every game there is at least one "OHHHHH!" kind of play.
