I don't think focusing on the small picture is exclusive to liberals. I think most people are capable of making that mistake in the right circumstances. It's more of a human nature thing rather than a political thing.
I'm curious to see how other foreign businesses will react to what has happened with Huawei. I wonder if they will consider that maybe the same could happen to them which could affect how they do business with the US.
@Cikatriz_ESP: I've heard Demon's Souls was like that as well. I've always felt that Miyazaki was a bit of a troll. He seems to enjoy coming up with ways to frustrate players.
I've no idea why he decided to insult people. He included me in that insult even though I was right.
IIRC some of the stuff he mentioned isn't explained in the movie. That's why people are asking these questions. If people have no idea how hyperspace works who's fault is that? Maybe the movie could've explained a few of these things.
He acts like people should know this stuff already but how would they know it? People shouldn't have to read books to suss out the status quo in the galaxy.
@Mogan: Ha, ha yeah that one is brought up fairly often. That one actually doesn't bother me much though, I can suspend some disbelief if all the other parts are working really well. I kinda liked that scene and I thought it was an interesting tactic.
@csward: I think it would've been nice to get a bit more of a reaction from Luke over Han's death. Han was a pretty big character in the series after all.
