I can't take rejection so i want to know that you liked my post (with a little version of fellow community member's avatars next to it), but I do not want to know that you disagree with it? Im not sure what kind of pansy would think there was something wrong with the old thumbs up/thumbs down system counting system, it was clear and simple, if that it may have needed improvement not changing.
well over all the new changes kind of stink, they seem unpractical, why the hell you got the "Like" option next to "reply"? you got to open a secondary tiny window where the "disagree" option is hiding or hit "like" which in in turn becomes a "dislike" so I have to hit "like" and then "dislike" to bypass moving over and clicking on the tiny flag in the right corner? whast up with that? and on top of it there is no way to count how much ppl disagree with your post (dont say it doesnt matter you know it does) also there is no way to edit one's post, so if I realize I misspelled a word I have to delete the post and start a new one.
also why when somebody replies to my comment it goes to my hotmail account? what happened to the community messenger? it was awesome and it helped me keep track of a discussion pretty well, why should I check my email when I can just go to the site I frequent every day (yeah every day) and check the options under my avatar pic where I find the link to "updates" and "imbox" for messages and replies? hm?
I like to think that this changes are temporal and the site is undergoing some polishing as I type, but so far its looking pretty ugly. changes are supposed to be for the best not for the sake of just making things different.
PS
and dont know if it is just me but the pages take longer to load now, and yes it only happens in gamespot.
