How does a person who's been a PC gamer for a decade plus, like Dav is, waiting for the PC release of a 3rd party game (that everyone knows is coming sooner than later) support your point?

Logic and facts don't work on the lad.

So if you know it's coming sooner or later you will wait for the PC version....?

Yea that kinda proves my point.

No it doesn't. He's made it clear for years on this very site that PC is his preferred platform, long before Sony started publishing 1st party games on PC. Furthermore, Rebirth isn't a Sony 1st party title. You'd have a point if he only recently this gen became a PC guy and now waits to buy Sony 1st party games on PC, but that isn't the case.

Look at my original point.

He can feel free to correct me if I'm wrong but I believe he is a fan of Japanese games. There was a time when Japanese support on PC was pretty lackluster. That has changed over the past decade so many Playstation fans who were a fan of 3rd party Japanese titles have switched to PC because the platform has full support. I believe the remaining fans of Sony's first party content will do the same.

They are more then that as they have a successful platform. That will change if they do a day and date shift to PC.

Good on you for accepting the fact that they are a third party developer and publisher. 🙃

At this rate that's all they will be 🤣

Lol... maybe Sony is figuring out the move to PC will do nothing but make make them a third party publisher. PC gamers have no interest in their platform.

They are already a third party publisher and developer.🤷🏽‍♂️

Looks like I'll be able to play Blade on the superior PS5 pro..

Didn't you argue as one of your emotional facts that is a game is on PC console gamers would shift to PC.🤭

I said if Playstation brought all there exclusives to PC day and date people would switch to PC. That isn't an emotional fact it’s just a fact. The Xbox proves this.

wait, so you'd rather play on console rather than playing the best version on PC?..

it's almost as if console gamers simple prefer to play on consoles regardless of what's available on PC..

Depends. If physical media dies and Sony brings all games day and date I will just build a PC. And if I will do it anyone will.

If that were the case the Xbox wouldn't be getting cooked.

It's really frustrating to watch. Like, two solid developers make two DC live-service games that bomb, an unproven developer makes a single-player Harry Potter game with no DLC that OUTSELLS COD; and these big-brain overpaid millionaires sit around in their super-yachts saying, "imagine how much money we would have made if that Harry Potter game had been live-service".

How does one fail so far upwards like this? How does it fucking happen?

Because this is what happens when you have a gaming industry ran by people who know nothing about games. These people do nothing but chase charts and trends and all they can see is the potential for revenue. Everybody wants the next Fortnite but the reality is for every Fortnite there's dozens of failures and they will gladly sacrifice any studio to get the next live service hit.

@silentchief: it's funny but it's true...why should us xbox gamers buy games when we got gamepass giving us free stuff. And most of it is better than what's releasing on Playstation (which is nothing). The tragic part is that the rehashed and over milked cinematic movie games / walking simulators are what cows call quality these days.

Gamepass or bust.

It is true... they don't buy games. However what isn't true is that Gamepass games are somehow better. GP games have mostly been bottom of the barrel trash and your supposed mega hit( Starfield) was a janky, boring piece of garbage.

Hopefully Sony will go back to making great single player games.
