i prefare the chracters of 1 since they're a little more realistic (bar mantis but he was cool anyway) 2 started to get a little wierd with vampires, and 3 got wierder, but i enjoyed them all really. faves being mantis, ninja and the end. i actually prefare the characters themselves to the actual battles tho personally. like the story behind the sorrow is far more interesting then the "battle" itself. mantis is actually the only boss that i REALLY liked mainly becasue of the stupid stuff he did with your controller or reading you memory card or having to switch controllers. the rest where pretty standard battles. sniping, shooting, punching. not much too most of them. no real attack patterns to learn either. EDIT: and viral-venom13, volgin is on the second page!?!, me thinks you didnt read the whole thing...lol
i just recently ordered BG+E since its raved about so often, yet i couldnt help clicking on the BG+E in 60 seconds thing, i almost screamed like a girl when he started going into what happens. frantically trying to close the damn thing down. it was like when your parents aproach your room while your watching p0rn on your Pc and you scramble for the "close window" button. maybe thats just me.
the only big difference with the games i saw was the freeze leech gun thing, on PC it looked like ice, on 360 it doesnt. apart from that they are very comparable, 360 has odd framerate issues but nothing as bad as quake 4, and the pretty cool online is ruined by the pretty crappy lag (much like CoD2, but that was fixed, im hoping prey is fixed too). end of the day, those who have a really good PC are gonna get the PC version, period, for the rest of us, the 360 version is a very good alternative.
i've played a hell of alot of games, and own pretty much all there is worth owning on each console. but there is one company i greatly overlooked, and thats the nintendo N64 and GC, i lost interest in ninty back in the day. I own a GC with 5 games....yes. FIVE, bad i know. and 4 of those are survival horror games (REmake, resi 0, resi 4, and eternal darkness) but wierdly there are games i simply wish i experienced. and heres the top 5. 1.goldeneye (yep, i missed out on what is regarded as the best console FPS ever, disgraceful considering its my fave genre) 2.perfect dark (before microsoft got their hands on it and made it lame) 3.mario 64 (same say the redefining moment of the platform genre, but due to me missing it, i now feel jack and daxter was that moment) 4.ANY zelda game (i know i should burn in hell, never played a SINGLE zelda game, not even a quick go on my friends copy) 5.ANY final fantasy (again, burn in hell, i know, but the reason is i hate the idea of turn based combat, on papaer it sounds mildly retarded, but iv never plucked up enough courage to put it into practice and try one of the games out.)
