@darshie76 thanks for the info there, if they do have a trial i will definitely check it out to see what all the fuss is about. I totally agree with the being sick of subscription fees i havent paid that since warcraft put out its first expansion. Havent really enjoyed an mmo after the ultra-mean everquest one where everything was allowed (on a few servers for the strong at heart at least)But, its been a while since i played SC2, are you serious you have to PAY to play online now ???
they dont. They also dont release unfinished business. If the customers start whining they tell them to suddovv and wait a little longer. But they can do that can't they. But they did just start with what ? warcraft 1 like anyone else ?
how about focusing on 'one' game to be the moneymaker ? if blizzard can do it ... does that mean they got all the google-class devs in their pocketses then? Funcom doesnt really seem to have a lot of luck, but i dont know if luck is really the defining factor you want. I suppose secret world aint f2p ? aoc was after a while, most games do after a while, so maybe a lot of people just wait it out since the market is what you would call saturated in terms of noise and imagery. Add a bit of crisis sauce and you can have all the narcisses you want, that wont mean you're gonna sell.

the game looks great. Too bad my personal euro crisis forces me to make important choices. Guess it'll have to wait for a serious steam sale , just like dragons dogma (o wait, dont have that on pc, right)
