Here is my guess, Sony is going to steam games to their TVs, and to all smart TVs via apps. No more hardware.

if he turned off the OC he would still get the same FPS, his GPU is the bottleneck for this game.

This just makes me sad... i mean it is bad enough that pirates steal, but now such a talented team doesn't want to push the limits because of money. The end results is a game that, while i love it and think it is one of the best games out. Is now compared to Killzone and CoD... This game could have blown away every FPS out there! ... sad
