i am sick and tired of hearing this poor argument. when will people relise that Kinect was designed for the younger and more casual audience AND NOT for these so called hardcore gamers get over it and dont buy it aarrrrgggghhhh!!!!!!!!!! As for the implimentation of it it more serious games like Forza 4 and Ghost Recon these games SUPPORT Kinect and are not Kinect only so if you dont like Kinect then this will not hinder the use of a standard controller. So now due to the fact I know what Kinect is for, its audience, and the type of games as well as actually doing reasearch on titles no I dont feel smothered in the slightest I just feel smothered in poor topics that seem to pop up EVERY SINGLE DAY on these forums with poor arguments on things that were never designed for the "hardcore" gamer in the first place.i mean the majority of the conference was kinect this and that. look what else you can do with kinect and whatnot. i understand their focus on it but...man im feeling like all this kinect crap is just overwhelming. everything kinect, better on kinect....surf the dashboard with kinect, hit the pipe with kinect!??? wheres the core games just core GAMES?? wheres the focused games for us "REAL" gamers? its seemingly obvious that were being pushed to the side, at least for the time being to get us to buy it and while it did look good on Mass Effect and Ghost recon....im just not sold on spending another 140 ona peripheral that only a handful of games, that i want, is gonnd actually work well with it.
its only been a year and im already ready to dis-kinect. anyone else feeling smothered in the flood of outrageousness...
