Obviously there isn't much monetary value in Achievement Points, but why do some people so religiously try to get them?
This is a good question... for some, it's to compete with friends, for others its to push their skills to the limit, for those select few its to be the best of the best.

well, there is no finer piece of cinema than the super mario movie.  that was unbelievable.cubbiesx

gears was a great game,  cant comment on a movie i know nothing about.

but as far as saying there are never any good movie/game combos  riddick and golden eye disagree.

Frankly, I'm tired of all the game-to-movie adaptations.

It's more than likely that Gears of War (movie) will be a two hour waste of time, prompting all those who saw it to go out and play the game to see how much better the game was.

I can't think of one game movie worth a DVD purchase, heck even a theatre purchase.

Maybe Resident Evil, but the recent one was plain dumb.
