Other then myself, I never put much faith in people....period. Now as far as Jones, Ike and all those other people,I look at them like anybody else in the news media, they report half truths. And that's really not a bad thing if you are the type of person who practices independent thought and can divide the B.S from fact.
But that's the problem nowadays, some people are just lazy and don't want to do any research to verify the information.
That and they rarely, if ever, point out the flaws and short comings of the private sector of the economy. They think all of the worlds political, social, economic, legal and environmental issues would be solved if everything and everyone was "privatized", "decentralized", "deregulated", "fragmented", had "hyper-individualism" etc.
That sounds nice on paper, but real life is not so black and white. I have both enough public sector and private sector work experience to know for a fact that not everyone in the public sector is this stupid, selfish, evil, Machiavellian, micromanaging, megalomaniac, control freaks, etc. and that not everyone in the private sector are perfect, genius, altruistic, pure good, immaculate, flawless, amazing, etc.
Well said.
Thank you.
