So, like...the people who complain about games having non-white/Western themes or characters realize how ironic it is when they complain about it, right?

"How dare minorities want and get representation?!?", which is in effect complaining about their own loss of white representation. Like...they get that, right? Right?

I'm actually gonna kick my feet up and just continue to play Eternal. I was never brainwashed by Seasons, not even in the early PoE days or D2's Ladders (which aren't the same as Seasons, but ppl tend to compare the 2 to cope in their "ArPgS hAvE aLwAyS hAd SeAsOnS" argument, ignoring D1, D2C, D3 vanilla, TL1, TL2, TQ, Grim Dawn, Wolcen, Victor Vran, Sacred series, Divinity series, FATE series, just to name a few).

Luckily Blizz knows there's a lot of ppl like me and have made a LOT of compromises to Seasons - so much stuff carries over into Seasons, Season mechanics may get demoted to Eternal, the Season Uniques are available to Eternal day one, etc. It ironically actually makes Seasons more tempting to play for me, just to get that forced endorphin kick. Hmm, maybe I'll roll a HC character for Season play and once I die, back to enjoying Eternal.

My guess is because they are just barely associated to some guy who said something that just went slightly against LGBTQ sensibilities like 7 or 8 years ago. I'm surprised Twitter hasn't deleted their profile yet, tbh.

I actually started The Expanse show in prep for this game. I'm about to finish S2 tonight. I likely won't play the game until all episodes are released. Either way, really excited for the game and to finish the TV series!

Interesting that Johnny is a Kameo only. Ferra/Tor is one of my favorite characters. Glad one is returning.

Was the franchise really suffering after 3 and CV? Honest question, I can't remember.

If anything, I'd say RE7's "save job" was more significant, given how poorly 5, 6, and the various spinoffs did.

edit: oh, nvm, forgot about all the bad spinoffs between Zero/1 Remake and 4.
