@NemoNobody2092 I don't have the game anymore to double check this, but you should be running forward, holding down RT and A while running up the stairs, then aim at the gentleman below you and tap B, perhaps in midair? If I still had the game I'd try and double check that.
Kirby, let's avoid the spoilers in comments please. :) I made a spoiler note on the page. You'll know where that zombie is located via a cutscene. I'll correct the error in the guide tomorrow, though, good eye.
