I didn't played the game, but from the review it appeared this game shortcoming were more to the difficult the reviewer had playing it than with the game itself. Is not every day gamespot is the place that gives the worst score for a game on metacritic, and is more than 2 points below the average. That begs the question: Is Tom Mc Shea simply bad at this game or this really deserved a 4.5?
720p. Which is good since there are games that are not even 720p, like call of duty. The rule of thumb is, is not 1080p unless is 2D or is marketed as such
The blog doesn't explain why they couldn't buy EA if they were going to try to get on the gaming division. I think it is a possibility. As far and sony and nintendo, of course Apple wouldn't buy them. Sony and nintendo are to big or healthy and expensive for an hostile takeover attempt, and there is no point is selling or merging companies like those.
And some people still question why I'm 100% against the mere concept of download-only gaming...

that is not a problem with download only gaming since Sony fixed this issue by giving you a 5 licenses for you to share with all yours consoles. And steam has made this a non-issue when you can play and download on any PC the game as long as you log in. is more a nintendo issue than a download-only gaming one

won't last you longer, in fact it will probably last you way shorter than one that never broke faulty electronics that get fixed always are more prone for problems again. We are talking about the ORIGINAL xbox, right? Unless the original owner of the first xbox made modification on its cooling or took better care than the other "healthy one" , my bet is that the ones that never broke will last you longer. This is the reason some people may have to fix the same electronics 10 times, while in the same time span, another person has one that never broke.
