@thecruzan: I am hoping that they just keep the GTA online platform separate so that I can play it from PC of PS4 or wherever by just signing in. Are they going to sell it separately from GTA 5 at some point?

Will you be to transfer your GTA Online Character to Next Gen ala Xbox 360/PS3 to PS4/XBO/PC?

Can characters only be transferred directly to the successor platform of the game copy you already own or to any platform? Meaning could you take a Xbox 360 character and transfer it to PS4 or PC?

What about single player game saves?

you can overload your companion by holding action button over them like ur trying to pick an intem up and tell them to take all contents out of a chest barrel ect, by doing this your companion can now carry unlimited items. How ever becareful becuase you can give them too much and it will go really laggy trying to unload their inventory also do not place items in containers in towns or citys or whilst trespassing because all the items will show as stolen :)

TBAGKING

Be careful with this.  I gave told lydia to pick up over 60 dragon bones and 60 dragon scales to carry it to Heljerchen Hall, but when she picked up the stacks only a single dragon bone and scale appeared in her inventory.  It usually works but sometimes it will glitch.

The Xbox 360 has a dedicated hardware upscaler. Most games render natively in 720p. That means that the GPU generates the image at 1280 by 720, then an unscaler turns that into a 1920 by 1080 (1080p) image to send to the TV. Since the upscaler is serparate hardware, it shouldn't have a noticable effect on framerate.

Even so, you have an LCD TV, so that means that the 1080p resolution is made up of physical 1920 by 1080 pixels. Any content you play through that TV that is not 1080p will have to be scaled over those phisical pixels, instead of scanning in native, like a CRT TV. Basically, even if there wasn't a dedicated upscaler (like in the PS3) I would still sacrifice a few FPS to get native on the TV. And the 360 and PS3 upscaling is probably better than that built into your TV.
