Danny have to say, you always make me happy to be gaming enthusiast. I'm 27 years old my self and sometimes I'm thinking am I getting too old for this platform? Then I watch one of your videos and it reminds me why I fell in love with gaming in the first place.
@shingui5 @Pawfalcon We as a whole mostly speak English, but the western and north western parts of Ireland still have strong Gaelic communities (Galway, Donegal).
Failte Ireland (Tourism board) have just recently released an advertising campaign to promote Irish language to avoid it becoming exactly that a dead language.
@bsford Anybody that takes the time to write a comment like this and watch the video - which I assume you did (otherwise your just trolling), obviously cares somewhat ... :)
@arqe Really?.... Every so often I seem to get this sudden urge to play game's from my childhood/teen-hood such as Doom, Dune (Virgin CD-ROM) the original Unreal game and many other games from the 90's. If anything I feel more compelled to complete these games now than I did when I was younger.
Even with today's impressive gaming physics and graphics, I cant forget the great times I had enjoying the various of glories VGA graphics and the early 3-D engines that where emerging around this time.
I still feel a strong connection to these games even to this day, and maybe it is "Nostalgia" that is keeping this connection strong :)
That might be your interpretation of what is a trivial modus of entertainment , but for me I don't see great games such as Beyond TS as trivial.
If a game can make you feel that emotion for inanimate object(s) in the way this game does, I personally find it quite interesting to understand the basic principles in human nature.
Also how does it not fit in the nature of gamespot? One of the great attractions of this site is the different dynamic views, interests and opinions of the reviewers and webisodes creators.
