One of the things I like to do is pair the SixAxis to the PS3 then hook the Axis to the PC USB since My PS3 is so far away from my couch and my laptop can go anywhere.
I know I have trouble playing MGS3 Subsistance Disc 1 when I start it up the disk error icon appears at the top left of the screen but I think its my disk I played it a lot.
