I know it is too late but i'm buying One piece PW3 on PS4 but i need some Clarification

I want all DLC (all customs+shanks on the start up)

So should i go with gold edition or normal addition then buy all the dlc's?

and is the gold edition has everything?(all dlc,story pack..etc)
