That game(!) is trash and you know it GS. I'm not homo/trans phobic by any measure but you always treat any sh*t of a game with LGBT themes like a phenomenon and give them 2 points more than any other site! Hogwarts Legacy has exactly same situation for your info yet you didn’t write any article for it! Oh sorry! I forgot how you butchered it when it came out! No wonder!
@markdelaney: Well, I did play Viewfinder, which was a waste of my money and time because I trusted GS's review and it was in NO WAY a 9. Giving it a 9 makes it equal to the bosses of the genre which are Portal 2 and Talos Principle which sounds more like a joke!
I've also played the first ep of The Expanse and I have no idea how that one episode can get a 9,
And I am finishing Stray Gods, and although it wasn't bad, it was again in no way a 9. (current meta is 74)
And now this is your review. Giving 9 to a game that almost all the other well known websites considered it a mediocre game with a current meta of 7.3!
And btw, I've been on this website for around 2 decades. and played video games for around 3 decades. I have read reviews of people like Greg Kasavin, Jeff Grestmann and Kevin VanOrd for years and mate, I can guarantee you one thing: This team of Gamespot editors is the weakest it has ever been during its existence.
@markdelaney: Well, in the end, it's not 'your' score. It's Gamespot's score.
A website that has given Viewfinder, The Expanse, Stray Gods, and Texas Chainsaw Massacre a 9 all in a period of one month! and while their meta scores are way below that.
A bit weird isn't it? Just in case, you guys know what level a game must be in to give it a 9, right?
LMAO! You didn't even review the game and as a completely unrelated backlash against JKR, wrote a long article about trans people rights! now you're putting guides for the game?
Ubisoft at their best. Biting more than they can chew resulting another dull half finished game. This company has become a joke. Rayman Legends was their last really good game imo.
Oh well. I don't expect more from Gamespot these days. Once they were the best gaming website. now an average IGN wannabe filled with mediocre authors.
