I'm just saying that there will always be whiners whether or not that game is an annual release. I think the problems of AC games are their engine, Anvil (Next) is not a really great engine, and the storytelling is dragging on too long and rushing when close to the ending (since Brotherhood). If the devs can improve those things then, I think, everyone won't mind the annual release.

I don't know why but for me is

Game that get 9+ score: Play it once, love it and never touch it again.

Game that get 7 - 8.5 score: Play it once, play it again and again for 40+ hours, really love it.

So for me the game that gets 7 - 8.5 score is worth my money the most.

Battlefront 3's story will be like the first two games. They don't care what will happen to the series anymore.

Even The Force Unleashed 3 is canceled while the story doesn't yet end. Where's Darth Vader taken to ? or What now that the clone kills Starkiller.
