Just so everyone knows…. making mods isn't even close to being a game developer. I will tell you as a gameplay and engine programmer that I would never ever hire someone stupid enough to not take the 30 minutes to research what Bethesda - no, any development studio is looking for, but instead spends 2000 hours throwing some assets into a game. I don't even know how that would take 2000 hours. The hardest part of game development is the actual creation, not the implimentation.
