@buginthesystem: I also would rather have had a proper fable 4, but legends wasn't *that* bad, and the graphic engine was gorgeous. It's a shame the assets weren't used on a real story driven fable game. I'm just concerned that the library (at least currently) is looking pretty weak for the Scorpio launch. Of course e3 could and hopefully will remedy that.
@buginthesystem: so it was. Either way, be pedantic about the date all you want but it was still a triple A Xbox exclusive that was cancelled, and one of the few that wasnt another shooter. Don't get me wrong Ive loved the exclusives we have had, gears 4 particularly, but fable and scalebound were two games that were something a little different from that I personally was looking forward to. As it stands now most of this year's lineup has little interest to me other than sea of thieves (which I fear may be another no man's sky). I was quite enjoying the fable beta, it needed some polish and more stages, but with a team it was a lot of fun.
Scorpio WAS a day 1 purchase for me....But I have to admit the recent trend of cancellations have shook my faith in it. It's certainly an odd feeling, having been loyal to Xbox since the original console.
