I'm looking to upgrade my 7950 to an 8800 gtx, but i'd have a hell of a time explaining to my parents the $600 online charge for this card, even if i can get a few hundred back by selling the old one. So online and newegg are out :(
I live just outside of NYC, so if anyone knows any stores there (or in the suburban connecticut area :D ) where I could possibly sell this old card and buy a new one using cash...that'd be great!
yeah i dl'd the demo and im happy to say it doesnt tax my system to run it maxed, but i havent really had time to play it yet. maybe on monday i'll give it a try, im psyched :D
Same, i've always had girlfriends, I go to parties, but have never been arrested, and I'm going to school at Duke next year. I love video games, no matter how violent, and i play them often. gamers can be totally normal, in fact, most are. the stereotypical nerd gamer is getting harder and harder to find, because honestly, you can still play video games in some of your free time, and also do other things. there's nothing wrong with gamers
they've announced that the order you get on the preorder list doesnt matter, you have to line up to get one of the 60's or a system at all if they're short
I heard something on another thread about Preorders on the GS/EB website at 4 am central time sunday morning? is that true? i didnt see it on the ps3-preorder.net site
