Nope. The epic moments make the others feel too safe and by the numbers.
I wish the epicness were more consistent.
I think it'd be too much if everything was non stop Titan battles etc... Contrast is needed to give the epicness impact.
Don't even bother. Read BSO's posts leading up to the game, all the jazz about how Kratos is lame and listens to nu-rock and Bayonetta this, Ninja Gaiden that... he was preconditioned to never give this game it's props. Your concerns will fall on deaf ears. The PACING is one of the things he bags on, when the pacing has been praised non-stop for GoWIII and pacing isn't usually something noticeable enough to even bring up, especially in a positive way. There is nothing to be gained from this. This isn't to call BSO a "fanboy" or any nonsense, I just don't think he was ever going to like this game based on what he has said about it. i agree 100%, all bso does is complain about the game so his opinion no matter how ridicolous it is isnt surprising
this is ridiculous, this game is awesome and every other gamesite gave it its due. but here comes gamespot with a very late terrible score and the first line in the cons section is " games last to long " wtf its a baseball game, and it got LOWER score than last yr's version. how is that possible, is last yr's version better than the current one? this site is crazy......
on gow 3 and its been getting great scores but they have all been knocking it for not being innovative and more of the same. but the same reviewers gave halo 3 odst $ cod mw2 great scores like those titles really pushed the envelope or something. i cant believe that bayonetta scored higher on ign that gow3. smh

Don't worry, God of War 3 already has a higher overall score on Metacritic. If people want to talk about scores outside of Gamespot, then I assure you when it is all said and done, God of War 3 will be the higher scoring game.
great score but i expected a 9.5. how can this & bayonetta have the same score? bayonetta was terrible. gow3 is the best action game this gen, but they are downplayin it hardcore. its a shame really....
