Sorry but, 1 perk per level of SPECIAL with up to 5 lvls each is system taken straight from Borderlands. Little changes were made to make it not so obvious, but I understand... For someone who blindly follows and accepts everything that Bethesda does it may be hard to accept. At least accept the fact that it's not RPG anymore. Just normal shooter with few, realy few RPG elements.

@nadsat-77: So... I'm supposed to make myself sufffer for how many hours to be able to judge this boring, buggy and not in slightest close to Fallout franchise game? 20 hours? 30? Sorry, 6 was enough to spot that everything great about this series is no longer here.

I did. Game sucks. It's simply not Fallout anymore. No skills, perks, traits (ye, ye I know, Borderlands-ish system is here), no cool stuff like hardcore mode, weapon/armor degradation, dialogues are a joke... Basically this game lacks EVERYTHING what made previous games awesome.
