@Barighm: I used to be a real EA guy, I have been drug kicking and screaming to the view that they are the Galactic Empire of Gaming, and that would be okay IF they turned out super duper products, but a lot of times they suck up good companies then kill them. EG West Wood studios.
@uninspiredcup: I am not a big fan of EA but come on guys, who can do it better? You have to sell a boatload of units to make up for all the licensing fees, its not an easy gig. I think franchise mode is too deep and too complex, but the on field play is as close to real soccer as you can get. You don't get a better boxing game than Fight Night Champion, or a better golf game than Tiger Woods 14, the problem I have with EA is they have sucked up a lot of good companies that put out good games, and then killed the games. Westwood studios just being one example.
@obiken: no not reinvent the wheel i know there isn't much you can do with a football game, but what they can do is get rid of the gambling mechanics in a game that is rated for ages 3 and up.

@xnshd: Quit it, you guys expect them to re-invent the wheel every year it's done in increments because they don't have the time from one year to the next. This game is way better than 8 years ago, that's just a joke. That's the problem with FN Champion, it was so realistic it was hard to improve upon. We get this negative crap every time an EA game comes out.
