@CageFury This is just tech demo's. All they are show is what they can do with the eng. The last of us is nothing more that pre-rendered CG. Yes it looks good but it is not game play. PS3 and 360 can push this in a pre-rendered world.
@ghstbstr I don't think PS4 will be. I hear xbox will but who knows. If they are not, I don't think it is a big deal. I will hang on to my 360 until it drops dead. I also have the gears of war 360 so I would like to hang on to it for as long as I can.
@LiquidGold @Tremblay343 @darkmatt2009 32 gigs of ram is an over kill unless you do CG but even then most software will run at its best with 4 or 8 gigs. I have 64 gig's but I work in video and CG.. I don't even use 8 gig.. Hell I have 64 gigs of ram because a friends computer took a dump and he gave his ram.
@XCyberForceX I have seen a few next gen game screen shots. I have 2 friends that work for epic and EA. I don't get a ton of info because they cant talk about it but let me just say, they are a big jump. Very big jump. Look at crisis 3 that is coming out soon. A very good looking game and might be the best looking game out to dateand look what it is running on.. Now think about newer hardware, more cores, more Shader Cores, faster better GPU and tell me that it wont be a big jump..
@tomcat205 @leandrro @larkin-54 My GPU is new than what is in the PS3 and 360 and it runs far cry 3 like dog crap.. Even on low settings. LOL. But I run a 4250 chip. LOL. I'll be getting a 670 in a week or two.
What I would like to know is... 4 gig of ram in both systems. PS4 will use just over 2 gigs for it's GPU.. What the hell do they need another 2 gigs for? is the OS that much of a hog? What are they running that needs 2 gigs?
