Whether I enjoy a remake or not really depends on the film. That said, it's nothing I'm against and I don't think a remake will ruin a classic. A lot of the classics are remakes anyways.
I'm honestly not in the position to look forward to a new album because I only just started exploring music, so I'm probably going to stick to older stuff until later.
The list is definitely useful for anybody interested in exploring the cinema as a medium beyond what they're typically exposed to at the local theater or their TV service, but I also feel it's probably one of the least exciting ones to check out once you've seen most of those films unless one's paying close attention to what changes every decade.
