My access code is not working, After going to the link below and putting in my code it wants me to put in my name and address which you already have on file, so why do you need it again, but that is besides the point. Anyway after putting in my info, it loops and clears the form out and doesnt do anything. I have tried latest Chrome and IE 9, yields no results.
