I have zero issues comparing console to console, but whole hearty ignore the ignorant console is as good as PC BS, much like daily threads saying the obvious PC has better graphics then console...well no ****. Nobody is going to find one that looks better then that picture because it's of higher resolution and using tessellation. It's not using tessellation :|
There's a few things that give it away with the biggest thing being th shadow resolution, it's just too damn high for a PS3 game and for a machine with 512Mb of RAM...
They did the same thing with Uncharted, showed trailers and footage that had to cut down in the final game...

Console gamer do care when you see threads comparing Gears 3 vs Uncharted 3.
They compare the smallest detail down to pixels like in the old thread where they maginified an Alan Wake screenshot and counted the pixels to confirm it was not 720P.
