@guyfarting:

What I really don't like is the fact I can't unfollow games. So even when a game is candled I am still following it. I also can't follow games either. This, in all honesty, is the only reason I would even use Gamespot now. Their site is horrendous, and the only PC news on their site is related to the Oculus. Even PC exclusive titles are never listed under PC news anymore. What a pathetic site. I used to visit this site daily, now it's twice a month tops.

I agree, this feature should be off by default, and you can select to follow all comments if you wish. This is currently one of the worst features on this site.

Not only is this a game, but I believe it should have been game of the year in 2012. If it wasn't for all the media attention surrounding guns, violence, and video games right at the end of the year, it would have been this game and not Journey that would have won the honor.

I agree this is one of only a few games that hit me emotionally, Fahrenheit (Indigo Prophecy) would be second on this list. There were many memorable scenes, and the final scene is really heart wrenching. This was a great story regardless of the medium used, and the fact you have some choice over the story line makes it even more poignant. It was very character driven, and for a game to make you feel for some pixels on a screen named Clementine makes it even more impressive as a game and story.

Class 3 is now called State of Decay, and will be available for PC and Xbox. There are a lot of zombie survival games coming out in the next year or so, but from what Ive seen, this looks like it has great potential. Class 4, will be an MMO version due out after the release of State of Decay.

Heres the first trailer released for this game:

X-Wing, Tie Fighter, Wing Commanders, all the old space sims were classics and in a league of their own. Great post. Those pics bring back a lot of good memories, and couldn't help but smile when I saw them.

Fahrenheit (also known as Indigo Prophecy) came as close as any game will ever come to making me shed man tears. The story line coupled with a soundtrack which included songs from Theory of a Deadman hit a soft spot. Great game too.
