Those 2 things can be somewhat moded b community, but whoever came up with "defend the flag or you lose" system was complete idiot..

It takes away tactical approach completely, so we are left with command & conquer type of crap

@willzihang I moded Empire for 2 years (one of 4 biggest mods there).

It took CA over 1 and 1/2 just to fix units to line up and shoot. and diplomacy was was total disaster for a year also.. so yes it was bad.

Not to mention game was crashing alot for people on release (not for me though)

@sargentpsgamer Thing is pure junk, i have tried it and other then that horrendous Windows 8 has nothing to offer. They are paying people to develop apps for it because no one wants it.

Even Nook and Kindle are much better , cheaper.(and win 8 free ..big plus)

@ALCHEMISTx24x7 Sony will charge for MP only, they do not charge for basics like Netflix, Hulu and whatsoever, while MS charges if you try to fart in your room..

I don't care enough to play MP against 12 y/o screaming kids , so PS4 just does fine for me.

And i am not lazy enough to shout at my TV to turn channels..

If i anyone comes up with some OS that will allow me to play all of my games and version of Office that i can use for business Microsoft wouldn't see a dime from me...

I'll pay double for any such OS and Office replacement

Why would they need OP , when they have crap system like Simcity in place. You think they will change that attitude just because MS partially cave in?

@udubdawgz , They didn't have this planned, They already announced that it will require Day One updates for this policy to work.

Nevertheless , for me was all about Consumer Rights and not about Sony vs MS, and i am happy that people will get to play their prefered choice without being completely shanked.

Kinect still stays , sadly, and that removes any desire for me to get one, plus MS just showed that it cannot be trusted at all, so i will stick with PS4.I liked PS3 quite a bit as my PC backup gaming.

They didn't haav a plan , they already announced Day One system update to implement all of this..

Nevertheless, for me, this was about consumer rights and not about Sony vs MS..I am glad that people will be getting their prefered systems without being fully shanked...
