At the top right corner it tells me I have updates but everytime I click on it it shows me updated from 7 week ago! I know the people working on the website are probably going to close this thread like they always do and lead me to another thread where everyone has been asking the same question even though I couldn't find any threads when I clicked on this section. SO yeah, Is gamespot gonna fix this problem or what? It's been like this for 7 weeks now. It's kind of ridiculous. I come to htis website quite often and nowadays I just have to browse down to check out the news. I can no longer view updates on the games that I'm tracking. I also already know that I can check my updates by going to my profile and clicking my updates. That's not the question that I'm asking. So again, the question I'm asking is that is gamespot gonna fix the updates which you can access from anywhere on the website which is located on the top right corner or not? Peace out!

Ok so I had a dream this morning regarding gamespot so I think it would be appropriate if I posted it in here. I had a dream that I was in a Gamespot reality show and it was like 4 of us sitting on stool types of chair facing Ryan Macdonald the show host. There were 4 lights in front of us kind of like a slot machine and we (or someone else, not sure who exactly) would pull it and then so it happened and mine turned green and the other ones were red and then I was like "aww s***" to myself because I didn't want to be picked. Then Ryan asked me "Do pipelines have other piplines attached to them?" And in my mind I was like "yes" and right when I said that my alarm woke me up! The dream felt so real and I was there in a first person view. It felt like I was actually in control! Anyway I just wanted to share that with you guys/gals. Let me know what you think about my dream and about perhaps some of your dreams :)

I see everyone else have updated achievements on their profiles so I'm wondering how long it's gonna take for it to update in my profile. Or is it ever gonna update?

I have gotten most of halo reach achievements but they're not getting updated. It usually takes one day but it's been days since it was supposed to update. Are there any solutions to this?

PS3 for obvious reasons. Blu Ray, it'll last longer in mint condition. Silent console, better controller, online will always work no worries about having to pay for Live in x years times.

Gamtrix
I agree, but not in Fallout NV's case since there is no MP. Plus I got the 360 S so it's pretty quiet unlike my last one that sounded like a vacuum cleaner when I played from the disc.

Rich doesnt have anything to do with PC gaming. This gen I have spent more money on ps3 and 360 separetly then I have on my new PC, also have twice as many pc games. Pc gaming isnt as expensive as everyone thinks it is.

Juggernaut140

It does when you have an apartment, bills, girlfriend, and dept to spend your money before you even make it. Rich has EVERYTHING to do with owning a good gaming PC along with the three consoles if you want to play every game you're interested in.

Are you like, implying that PC gamers have no responsibilities/girlfriends or something?

lol XD

Review scores are a touchy topic to get into simply because it's just a rating, nothing else. But you do have a point though although I think people put too much attention towards scores. I think the actual review is more useful than a stupid rating. It's just a number and people overrated it too much. People have different perspectives so everyone is gonna come to their own conclusion.

Honestly based on past experiences with the Fallout series this generation, I would either go with the PC version using the 360 controller or just simply pick it up on the 360 due to the performance issues that we saw on Fallout 3 and how long it took Fallout 3 to get the expansions for the PS3. With Fallout: New Vegas there isn't any online to play with so Live isn't an issue and you'll still be able to later on download any expansions that come out without the need of a Gold account.

I think you nailed it. That's exactly what I was thinking. I'm open to more suggestion though so keep them coming!

Get the PC version and use a gamepad. Juggernaut140
I would honestly get it on PC (Mods, graphics, price) and get a 360 controller to play it with if you do not like the KB/M. millerlight89
The surround sound that I'm getting has an optical input so there is no way I can get surround sound for PC unless I buy another surround sound for it. Plus I tend to format my computer a lot (it's been having problems lately) so I don't want the hassle of backing up saved games. (sorry if its a stupid excuse, I understand it would be to some). Consoles just seem more convinient especially for games like this that take up a lot of time. I've played fallout 3 on PC and didn't like it. Honestly it's just the vegas setting that's attracting me to so much to get it. I love vegas and desert settings and it's hard to resist.
