@_Judas_ @merrimant Haha, I ended up doing the exact same thing. On looking closely at the video, it appears that Cam plays with a controller so maybe that has something to do with it?
Ok, dumb question time: After I installed the ENB and do the Shift+Enter to pull up the menu, the mouse is still tied to in game movement and controls. How do I turn that off?
@KBABZ @merrimant Yes, there is no scripted personality for Chell, but I'd call destroying a giant facility controlled by a maniacal robot trying to kill you, twice, pretty badass.
I personally would have loved to see Chell from Portal and Samus from Metroid, but I do agree that Jennifer Hale is fantastic as FemShep. I didn't even bother playing as ManShep.
I've always considered myself to be in the hardcore gaming category. I usually play 30-40 hours a week when I have a break from work and school. And I have never once watched the Spike VGA or VGX or whatever you wanna call them. Never even sounded slightly interesting and I couldn't give two whole craps about the awards they give. Am I alone in missing the point of why anyone else cares about these awards? Why does it matter if a cable channel "for dudes" gives out awards to game companies? What does that matter to anyone? Do the winners even go home and put that award on their wall and say, "Finally, some recognition!"? I sincerely doubt it.
For the zero percent it's worth, I believe that a show like this that defends and supports a review of a fellow staff member is genuine and refreshing. Why read a review if its just gonna spew out what you already think. Nobody said that every reviewer had to be me or have my exact opinion. If that was the case, why bother reading a review. So I say keep on keeping on. Trolls will be trolls and the rest of us will still value an opinion for what it is: an opinion.
Yup, I am totally done with Zombies. Over saturation probably killed it for me. I would go so far as to say that any game that has a zombie DLC has just basically jumped the shark. It would be nice to see some more creative ways to creep us out.
