People keep trying to say "well you do this in GTA". While this is true, the random innocence in GTA are not the targets nor are they properly animated or voice acted with them begging for their lives. They are accentually filler models to try and add some 'realism' to the surroundings of the city. And that is why I would not be able to bring myself to play this. Even though it's only a game, I don't really want to hear someone begging for their life who hasn't done anything wrong. I don't care if someone wants to play this, it's up to them at the end of the day. Just not for me.
I think you need to go back and play GTA again, the npc´s in GTA are not merely fillers but placed there to yes bring life to the city but also very much react to the player. So when you take out a gun they will react to the gun like most normal people would scream "he´s got a gun" and start to run for their life.
Also ask most male gamers who have played GTA how many times they ingame have gotten it on with a hooker and then killed her afterwards just for the hell of it.
Violence in video games is nothing new and Hatred are no more different then so many other video games out there.
I've played it enough times to realise how dull, boring and lifeless it is.
sorry but this is a paradox statement, sometimes i think some people are just replying without using their brains just for the sake of replying instead of just being quiet, so you wanna tell us you played a game so much and so often while you found it dull boring and lifeless ?
seems you kinda enjoy dull, boring and lifeless games when you play them over and over again like you claim with GTA, youre actually supposed to stop playing those games when you think they are dull, boring and lifeless.
You clearly can't fathom the English language if you believe that by saying I've played it enough times means I constantly play it non stop regardless of how poor the game is. It doesn't.
