I think Metal Gear Solid #1 changed the stealth gaming market a fair bit.

I went out to the shops. Basically, I tagged along while my parents grocery shoped.

I'm not sure how they'd make a sequel tbh. I think they pretty much wrapped everything up with the trilogy. Perhaps a prequel showcasing the events leading up to the fist GoW?

Some sort of racing game (Gran turismo or motorstorm)
