Because there doesnt seem to be an actual written copy anywhere, thus preventing me from reading fine print so I was hoping to hear other people's experiences with this in order to be able to gauge how I should approach the situation. Good enough answer for you?Why not look it up yourself or call instead of having a forum do it for you?

I opened my 3DS the other day for the first time in a while and I think I have a dead pixel. I cant really tell on this new screen since its, well, 3D, but its not dirt, and it stays in the same spot when I shift perspective. I remember getting suckered into Gamestops extended warranty. Will they replace it on the spot or do I need to contact Nintendo? If its the latter, I want to get on that so I have my unit when OOT releases.
I just got a copy of Reach from the disc beta, got it today. Ive never played a Halo game, staying away since I didnt own an original Xbx (thus no Halo 1 or 2) so I was wondering what to expect from the game. How long will it take me to complete the game on normal, and then later on the hardest mode? Ive played plenty of shooters on high difficulties before so Im curious. Im also curious about the story. How will someone whos never played a Halo before be able to appreciate the story? Being a prequel, it would seem pretty standalone. Does it mostly harken to future events or is it its own, awesome, self-contained story?
MP achievements for sure. I dont like having to rely on chance/luck so much for a lot of these achievements, not to mention most of the time other people online dont care about getting the achievements as much as I do. At least collectibles, its my own laziness and lack of interest that prevents me from getting it, not other people (they still suck, though haha)
