@dmactheballer56 @mastermetal777 It's not even the core gameplay that bothered me, really. I thought, gameplay-wise, they were solid games. I love Red Dead Redemption and enjoy the gameplay there. For me, I can't get into the stories or the settings of the previous titles. I thought they lacked enough character, if that makes sense. I didn't emphasize at all with the problems CJ, Niko, or Tommy went through as much as I did with John Marston and his tragic story. Plus, the freedom took away too much from the story for me to enjoy.

This is actually the ONLY GTA game I have an interest in. Didn't care at all for any of the previous titles (even San Andreas and IV), but this one has peaked my interest big time.

@fluffy_kins And what exactly is so bad about having the game reach out to more people so they can enjoy what the original players enjoyed? I never understood "niche" gamers.

Meh. Wasn't a fan of the Half-Life series to begin with, so I'm not excited for this.

@Fo_Fai You know, just let them do their best. Eidos makes pretty damn good games, and you can't deny that. Take off your nostalgia goggles and see the game for what it could potentially be, which looks to be awesome.

I'm very happy with this. I'm still leaning towards getting the PS4, but at least I know I can try out some Xbox One games with my friends.

Man, that sucks. I updated my PS3 last night and everything was fine afterwards. Hopefully Sony fixes the issue soon.

@Oliver Thompson Ah, the trolling begins. You're a sad, sad man if you think the Xbox One has ANYTHING over the PS4 in terms of hardware.
