Yea COD:AW and AC:U actually aren't bad by any means as far as games being a complete package. I bought and enjoy both. Another recent game that turned out great was The Evil Within, and I also own Dive Club and The MCC and Drive Club is a blast, and the MCC was worth it alone for Halo 2 multilayer and reworked campaign.

It's hard, because I agree with both original partys' opinions. Some games this Gen have just felt off, and I can't quite put my finger on it. At launch most games felt really light, from actual character movement, to content being slim, to menus being bare. But then there have been some games that felt like an older last Gen counterpart that actually delivered on everything with improved next Gen graphics i.e bf4 (even with major problems)

I'm hoping that these first wave of games coming for ps4/x1 are just the developers getting used to new hardware and optimization, which I feel strongly is the case. A lot of people truly don't remember a lot of games at the beginning of ps3 and 360 life cycle were the same way.

As far as reviews go on gamespot, I really like the site, and I come here for content when others are lacking because I know they'll have it. I've been coming here just as long as I've gone to others, and that's been over 10 years as well. I do feel like gamespot has been reviewing quite low, but I also feel like they've been this way for a while and a 6 or 7 on this site is completely different than a 6 or 7 on a different site.

Yea, people actually do, and as embarrassing as it will be to say, playing The Evil Within last week I was like a young child in a haunted house at the fair. Depends inbox you're willing to suspend reality enough to have a certain experience

Actually it'll probably be used mostly for camera rotation and things a right thumb stick might do in any game that uses dual sticks...for instance in something like metal gear hd collection on the old 3ds you have to use the d pad for camera rotation and on the new 3ds you could map it to the c stick making it much more comfortable...trust me they're not going to add that as a gimmick, it will help with old 3ds games and new and exclusive 3ds games to the new portable...

I try to tell these noobs the same thing all the time. They moan and groan about the controls and swear they won't play with the old school tank controls. It's sad really that the newer generation of gamers won't even give these old school games a chance or play them for more than ten minutes with ought feeling untitled to modern controls and graphics. I'm only 26 but I still grew up in the 90s and enjoyed this on release day with my new ps1 and was blown away by how far gaming had come by that point. I was also young enough for this game to scare the living sh** out of me lol

It's because in this version no matter what difficulty (except torment) all enemies scale to you and your parties' skill level.
